Ordering Process

Once a successful order was placed, customer will receive a confirmation e-mail. The email will be the official confirmation email which includes all the details of the order and shipping address. Please note if order is not approved or no update or communication is received within 48 hours of placing the order then it will go into production as placed.


Topwristband.com will make every effort, upon your request, to change or cancel your order. If the order has reached the pre-production set up phase, there may be cancellation or change charges that apply. All of these charges will be a direct pass through from Topwristband.com to you. If an item has begun production, unfortunately, we cannot stop or change the order. We can, if you wish, prevent shipment or redirect it. You will be charged the original amount quoted for all orders cancelled at this stage.

Payment Methods & Price

We accept payments in the form of Credit Card, Bank Transfer and PayPal only. We will not accept any other forms of payment other than listed above.


All prices and minimum quantities are subject to change. Topwristband.com will make best efforts to keep pricing and quantities to date, from time to time actual market conditions may change the price of a product or the minimum quantity required for purchase.


In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or minimum quantity due to an error, Topwristband.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price or quantity and will help you choose a different item that is within your budget. Only written quotes are valid, no verbal quotes will be accepted.
Price quotes are only good for the date they where quoted.

Production & Shipping

Production time varies from 1 to7 business days depending on the product, service, and quantity selected. If you have a deadline, just contact us and we will do our best to meet it. Since our wristbands are made of 100% silicone, the finished products may have uneven edges and smudges which is a part of production process and it is normal as all wristbands are hand out. The edges cannot be 100% perfect as they are done manually. These things are inevitable and we have no control over it.


Any order less 100 QTY for debossed wristbands will be laser engraved and on such bands the message length cannot be more than 90mm hence the message was made as only a front message. The printing on the printed type of wristbands may fade eventually but it expected to last for 1-2 weeks, depending on the usage and exposure to different variables that may fasten the fading of the print.


Our products are made and shipped to all parts of the globe. The price of our products does not include any duties or VAT. We just charge you goods cost and shipping cost. if you are charged of a VAT, you just need to pay it to your customs. In most countries, usually incur additional charges, such as tax, duties and other fees associated with customs. These charges mentioned above will be a sole responsibility of the recipient.


Ultimately customers are responsible to verify all details on the invoice such as shipping address, billing address, phone number, email address, colors, etc. If any order is placed by our customer service specialists they will not be held responsible for any such errors.

Copyright Policy

Topwristband.com will not be held liable for any type or class of copyright and infringement cases. Logo, clipart, and the like should be solely checked by the customer before using it. Customer must make sure that such usage of the aforementioned designs will not incur copyright and infringement issues. It is the duty of the customer to ensure that the wristbands will not, in any way, infringe any other company’s rights.

Return Policy

Due to the customized nature of our product we do not accept returns unless there was a production error on our part. Producing the incorrect bracelet size, color, or design on the bands does not entitle a return privilege. We encourage customers to verify all the details carefully before submitting the final order. If we make a mistake on color, size, quantity, or phrases on a wristband we will be happy to do a return and find a solution to remedy the problem. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Topwristband.Com has the discretion to perform changes, modifications and updates to this terms and conditions at any time. Once occurred, a notification will be shown on the home page of the Site. Users acknowledge and agree their responsibility to frequently review and become aware of the any modifications or updates to these policies and terms.
