If you think that the delivered product is defected for some reason, please following the steps below to get refund:
Customer should finish the whole complaint procedures in 10 days from the date of delivery of products. Send the images of the products with the order number to us ([email protected]). Please making sure you have wrote down the short description of the problems in the email. Our sales representative will contact you within 48 hours.
The refund rules
Situation 1: Cancel Order Before Shipment
After making a payment, when the order status is “Pending” or “Preparing”, you can cancel the order in any reason to get full refund. Once the order status shows “Inproduction”, We are unable to stop manufacturing, so you can choose to get the shipping fee refund and cancel the order.
Situation 2: Something wrong with the products after receive goods.
When an error has been confirmed (upon following instructions under 'claims'), we will make every attempt to promptly reproduce the order. We will process the reproduce order exactly as your original requirement to minus any errors that we made. We will not change the products, the logo , the artwork or the imprint color during the process of redoing. We will ship the remake products to customer within 10-14 business days.
If the customer needs a refund, it means no remaking. Customer will have to ship the package back via Local post office shipping on his own expenses. Entire order must be returned back to the company by the customer in its original quantity as per invoice of actual order for full refund to be claimed.
Refund will be processed after returning the products and the confirming the issues, customer will receive the refund within 7 working days.
